How do I go about cancelling a service with Mytelnet ?

What happens if I'm out of data?
If you are out of data when you’re receiving a call through the Mytelnet app, the call will come through. However, if you are trying to make a call you will need to top up your mobile data or be connected on a fibre, ADSL or LTE WiFi connection.
How can I escalate support requests?
All escalated queries can be forwarded to email@example.com. This will be then assigned to a representative who will in touch with a resolution plan forward.
My app wont download?
If you’re struggling to download the mobile app from either the App Store or the Play Store, don’t panic. This just means that your mobile phone doesn’t have an active internet connection or you have run out of data. Make sure you’re connected to WiFi or a mobile data network when attempting to download the app, and that should sort it right out.
